On Mar. 24th, the production center organized a high level of special inspection for the major hazard installments with the leaders of those professional divisions like security, craft, equipment, electric instrument and fire protection for the 1st quarter of BlueSky. Feng Qionghua, who is the principal person in charge of the safety insurance for major hazards, led the team.       

Feng Qionghua made a mobilization speech before the inspection. He pointed out that there were more than 500 hazard sources found in the province, our BlueSky had 3; and 6 hazards enterprises in Xiantao, BlueSky is one of them. The safety insurance was the legal responsibilities, otherwise, it’s breaking the law.

He emphasized that we must had a deep memory of ‘8.3 Accident’, a very painful lesson , and kept in mind the words, “without safety, there will be nothing”, enjoined by Liu Wei, the vice minister of our Emergency Management Department. We must had not only carried out the spirits of the documents, “Administrative Measures for the Safety Guaranteed Responsibility System for Major Hazardous Sources”, but been higher and stricter than the standards, to implement all operations efficiently and scientifically.

By means of on-site view, random question, documents checking, advice feedback and constant tracking, etc., this special inspection pay close attention to the implementation of responsibilities,  to refine the methods of management and control and to further carry out the management of production safety.
